Eating an avocado with no other preparation is easy.
- Rinse the fruit with water to remove extra dirt outside
- Use a knife to slice the avocado until you reach the seed. Then roll the avocado while slicing so you cut around the seed.
- Remove the knife and twist the two halves to separate.
- One of the 2 halves will have the seed on it. You can remove the seed by using a knife, spoon, or a fork.
- You can now eat your avocado.
